The ski~mojo is a high quality and durable ski equipment product that has been designed, manufactured and assembled in England by Kinetic Innovations Limited.
The product is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase with a full repair or replacement warranty.
Warranty
Kinetic Innovations Limited warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.
Exclusions
Should the product fail, your sole recourse shall be repaired or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following; lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Kinetic Innovations Limited be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, and excluding tax, shipping and handling charges. Kinetic Innovations Limited disclaims any other warranties, express or implied.

The cost of shipping to Kinetic Innovations Limited, or an authorized repair centre or payment of any customs clearance fees or duties are the responsibility of the user.
